A rare opportunity - the Freehold of a five storey, Grade II listed building in the heart of Spitalfields. We worked closely with East-London specialists Tarn & Tarn to produce and print a full marketing campaign. Our in-house photographer captured the building’s unique character and vast, versatile spaces, as well as its prime position between the financial and tech districts. The in-depth brochure clearly promoted Commercial Street’s strong transport links, and dense retail and gastronomic offerings, making it one of the most highly sought-after areas in the capital. As well as a high-spec and thoughtfully branded brochure, we also executed a full HTML campaign consisting of three bespoke email flyers.
