A prominent building set in the heart of the City, 20 Gracechurch Street offers panoramic views of London and a wealth of both office and retail space. Working closely with our clients Newton Perkins to deliver a smart and sleek marketing campaign, our customised location and lifestyle photography really reflected the buzzy local area, filled with restaurants, bars and markets, as well as the imposing façade and impressive central reception space of the building itself. Our integrated marketing campaign comprised of a fully branded brochure, alongside a series of three HTML flyers and a technically advanced web landing page. From conception to completion, our tailored branding strategy fully reflected the office’s most commercial assets.
