One of the few remaining original buildings dating back to when Kingsway was created in 1915, it was imperative that our multi-pronged marketing campaign reflect the beauty and grandeur of this historic period building, as well as the new modern refurbishments. Working closely with Gale Priggen and JLL for the very first time, we were honoured to present to them a cohesive and authentic branding strategy, which ran through the elegant brochure, as well as the HTML campaign.
