Located in the exciting Battersea Regeneration Zone, we worked closely with our long-time client Sint on marketing the sale of this virtual freehold, which forms part of the award-winning Vista scheme by the prestigious Berkley Homes. Our marketing team were inspired by the iconic Battersea Power Station when it came to designing the brochure and HTML, producing a cool and quirky look for the project. Our in-house photography team captured the impressive façade of the building, as well as the eye-catching architecture of the local area. Excitingly, the renewed power station alone will provide 19 acres of green space and over two million sq ft of commercial space.
