Salisbury Place represented another opportunity to work closely with one of our most loyal and notable clients, Sint. An ideal prospect for owner occupiers or residential developers, this freehold vacant office, set in the prestigious area of Marylebone, offered incredible potential. The lateral office space, which is arranged over the ground, first and second floors, would suit a wide range of potential purchasers. We delivered on showcasing this potential through photography and targeted branding with a brochure and HTML campaign.
