This landmark building, set in one of the capital’s buzziest hubs, offered potential tenants a unique chance to acquire a piece of history. With its imposing and impressive façade and unique architectural intricacies both inside and out – not to mention its unique original features, floods of natural light, and stained oak flooring – our use of location and interior photography were key to attracting the right tenants here. Surrounded by some of the country’s leading creative and media companies, we knew our target tenants and how to curate a campaign that would speak directly to them.
