Bevis Marks

Working directly with our client Business Cube we were able to create a brand and brochure which matched the quality of the space being delivered. We sourced the brief and delivered the creative quickly and effectively. 17 Bevis Marks is Business Cube's new Flagship serviced office centre, providing over 23,000 sq ft of high quality spaces. The designs throughout displayed creative flair and we wanted our branding to reflect that.

The brochure we created shows the incredible local amenities nearby, including Spitalfields Market and Liverpool Street not to mention Leadenhall Market and Bishopsgate. We arranged for high res photography of the building as well as the location photography and we were delighted to hear that 4 floors were let within two weeks of our marketing brochure being sent to market.
