2 Jubilee Street

Working with Strettons and Bridge Estates, two of London's most reputable agents, we produced a pre-letting pack for 2 Jubilee Street, a brand new development located in Whitechapel, East London.

We created several brand identities for the client to choose from, looking at different colour themes and typography. We also created a PDF marketing brochure with a view to targeting the creative sector.

With limited photography / CGIs of the property, it was important to sell the location. We commissioned photography of the area highlighting the local amenities and places to go. This was key in giving the brochure more depth and making it appealing to creative tenants.
