Equity House

Set in a designated high rise development zone, and accompanied by two granted property planning consents, this mixed-use building in Edgeware presented incredible prospects for development. Various ways to increase value included a refurbishment and extension of the office space, a change of use from commercial to residential, or a new build development entirely. Our in-house photographer was able to capture all aspects of the vast block, which spanned over a ground and three upper floors, to better promote the various opportunities to the buyer, while our creative team put together a mock-up CGI of a potential new build development and what it may entail. Delivering a slick brochure, well-rounded branding strategy, and an accompanying HTML flyer, our clients Sint and Petermans were delighted with both our attention to detail and speedy turnaround times.
