Medway House presented an exciting opportunity for both Darwood Design and the client Sint, allowing us to turn our property marketing knowledge and skill to the residential sphere as well as the commercial. The mixed-use building offered a modern, self-contained plot, comprising a ground floor commercial unit together with 14 highly covetable modern apartments, inclusive of such amenities as a large, quality reception space, a passenger lift and an underground car park. Situated in Westminster, in the heart of central London, it was imperative that our marketing brochure reflected the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area with a customised photography campaign, together with branded maps and breakout info boxes.
