14 Greville Street

The statement office building at 14 Greville Street has undergone a significant redevelopment, resulting in impressive media-style floors . The street entrance and reception areas have been fully remodelled, while excellent natural light, new air-conditioning units and accessible raised floors set the bar high. We worked closely with joint agents Monmouth Dean and Richard Susskind to create a brand identity for this unique building, highlighting its stunning architectural and design features, with the added benefit of a virtual tour feature, alongside the floorplans. Through our high-quality marketing campaign, including a brochure and a series of three bespoke HTML flyers, we were able to do justice to this prime office space in the heart of Clerkenwell.
