A mecca for the creative industries, this former Victorian warehouse in the heart of Old Street will provide flexible and inspiring office accommodation for any forward thinking business. Tastefully and creatively refurbished, it was vital that our brochure and branding campaign for 15 Ironmonger Row reflected the building’s unique character and history. Set over five floors - including a self-contained duplex with its own entrance - the floor to ceiling windows, original wood flooring, modern light fixtures and floods of natural sunshine enabled the aesthetics to shine through the photography we handpicked for the brochure. Unrivalled in its connectivity to all modes of transport, as well as a host of high-end bars, hotels, clubs, restaurants and shops, we also designed a range of bespoke detailed location and lifestyle maps, as well as a branded email flyer for Colliers’ client base. Post completion, we designed and produced a window contravision displaying our branding to potential occupiers.
